Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) – GUI & Program Approaches
Overview
This intensive program provides participants with the knowledge and hands-on skills to design, analyze, and interpret Structural Equation Models (SEM) using both Graphical User Interface (GUI) tools such as AMOS and programmatic approaches. Participants will learn path modeling, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), regression techniques, handling missing data, and applying advanced methods such as multi-group and multi-model analysis.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the fundamental concepts of SEM including exogenous and endogenous variables.
- Apply path modeling and confirmatory factor analysis for data interpretation.
- Utilize AMOS GUI for SEM with real and simulated datasets.
- Implement SEM using programmatic approaches with advanced coding functions.
- Perform mediation, moderation, multi-group, and multi-model analyses.
- Interpret SEM results for academic research and business decision-making.
