IT-020-3:2013 – Computer System Operation is a nationally recognised TVET qualification under the Department of Skills Development (JPK), Malaysia, designed to equip learners with practical and job-ready ICT skills.
This programme focuses on hands-on training in operating, maintaining, and supporting computer systems in real workplace environments. It prepares students to perform essential IT support and computer operations tasks required by industry.
