Program Overview

This 2-day (14-hour) hands-on program provides participants with intermediate to advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making. The course focuses on logical functions, lookup formulas, PivotTables, dashboards, data cleansing, forecasting, and financial analysis to transform raw data into meaningful insights.

Through real-world examples and practical exercises, participants will learn how to manage, analyze, and visualize data with confidence—elevating their ability to solve complex business problems and improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Entry Requirements

A basic working knowledge of Excel, including:

  • Number formatting, SUM, MAX, MIN, AVERAGE, COUNT, and simple IF functions.
  • Basic chart creation.

No prior advanced Excel knowledge required, but participants should be comfortable with fundamental functions and data entry.

    • 3. Searching for Specific Values Using Lookup Functions

Day 2 (7 Hours)

  • Morning (9:00 AM – 10:30 AM)
    • 4. Analyzing Data Using Tables and PivotTables
  • Midday (10:45 AM – 12:30 PM)
    • 5. Data Cleansing Techniques Using Text Functions
    • 6. Date and Time Calculations
  • Afternoon (1:30 PM – 3:30 PM)
    • 7. Forecasting and Analysis Using Statistical Functions
    • 8. Understanding Differences in Loan Calculations
